BQool has launched Repricing Central Version 4.3.18, introducing significant enhancements to repricing strategies for better inventory management for Amazon sellers. This update features a new Historical Days of Supply Conditional Repricing rule, a detailed inventory age breakdown, and an improved AI-powered repricing rule. These new tools provide sellers with a more comprehensive view of their inventory and supply levels, enabling them to streamline their Amazon storefront operations. Additionally, the update offers expanded listing details, customizable health metrics, and advanced filtering options; sellers are granted more control and flexibility to manage both FBA and FBM listings.
Key Updates
Historical Days of Supply Conditional Rule
The new Historical Days of Supply Conditional Repricing Rule helps Amazon sellers manage the Low-Inventory Level Fee by allowing them to customize repricing strategies based on specific inventory levels. Sellers can set conditions for products that have sold more than (or equal to) 20 units within different time frames, such as less than 14 days, 14–20 days, or over 42 days. This enables precise pricing adjustments to reduce the likelihood of incurring additional fees.
Inventory Age Column View
Sellers can now view a new column on their Manage Listings Dashboard that provides an inventory age breakdown, offering insights into how long listings have been active, categorized by monthly ranges (e.g., 0–30 days, 31–60 days, and over 365 days). This detailed view helps sellers improve inventory turnover.
AI Win Profit Maximizer Rule Enhancements
Sellers can implement advanced repricing strategies with the enhanced AI Win Profit Maximizer Rule. Once the Buy Box is maintained, the updated algorithms will apply more aggressive price adjustments in terms of frequency and increment to keep sellers competitive and boost profitability.
Key Repricing Features
NEW Historical Days of Supply Conditional Rule
How It Works: This rule allows for smarter inventory management, designed to help FBA sellers tackle the Low Inventory Fee by Amazon; sellers can customize AI repricing rules that adjust prices based on a listing’s Historical Days Of Supply (A product’s inventory levels relative to actual historical sales). This feature triggers based on weekly terms of historical days of supply, such as less than 14 days, and extends up to greater than 42 days.
Sub-Conditions *exclusive on BQool: With our latest update, users can now refine their repricing strategies by adding sub-conditions (AND rules) alongside their preferred AI strategy. For instance, you can easily exclude products that have sold fewer than 20 units in the last 7 days. By offering the ability to customize both the number of units sold and the time frame, this feature provides greater precision in optimizing repricing for your listings. This enhanced flexibility helps sellers focus on the right products in response to Amazon’s Low Inventory Fee, allowing for smarter and more effective repricing.
The sub-conditions can be customized according to:
- Inbound (Total, Working, Shipped, Received), Reserved, or Unfulfillable Quantities
- Buy Box Suppressed
- Creation of New Listings
- Listing Restocked
- Storage Type: Other
- Long Term Storage Fee
